PROCESS FLOW
A. CGP, QRMO, QRMA, and QRMP Scheme
Registration Process
- Participants shall obtain information related to certification requirements in accordance with the scheme
- Participants shall require to fulfill their personal data
Pre-Assessment
- Assessor shall verify the candidates’ request.
- Assessor shall identify the special needs of candidates.
Assessment
- The assessment methods are:
– Demonstration-Observation Methods (practice); and
– Written assessment - Assessors shall examine and report the results to LSP (Professional Certification for Person).
Decision on Issuance
Certificate
- Based on the assessor’s report and evidence which have gathered, LSP LPK MKS certification committee decides on the issuance of certificate
- Certification Committee also obliges to identify and make decision on the appeals.
Certificate
Issuance
- The certificate may be issued after the certification committee has obtained the certificate issuance decision
- The certificate may be given to the applicant after all administrative obligations have been completed
B. CCGO, CGOP, QCRO, and QRGP Scheme

- Participants shall require to fulfill their personal data

– Interview assessment - Assessors shall examine and report the results to LSP (Professional Certification for Person).
